I first bought one of these oils at the Cannon Beach farmer's mkt last month while traveling. Awesome! I now ordered two (shipping not as bad as I thought and better value to ship two). I don't know how they can keep the chilies crispy in this great oil. I'm NOT a fan of the vinegar based chili sauces, I much prefer in oil. These are the best I've had and I've tried a lot.

My wife and I were going to dinner at the waterfront and decided to go by the Vancouver Farmers Market. I tasted the Jalapeno crisps and bought a jar. 2 days later it was gone. I put it in everything. My eggs, fish tacos, even on my steak. I'd eat them right out of the jar.
I bought 2 three packs (Jalapeno, Serrano, and Habenero). One for me and one for my daughter for her birthday. The Habenero is rough if you aren't used to spice. The serrano has bite but not over the top for my fellow gringos.
