They were purchased after trying them at a farmers market and provided at a joint dinner with 19 attendees on vacation together. They were very popular and I decided to purchase several to give as gifts.

I found these at a farmers market in Vancouver, WA while visiting family. I brought them home to Austin, TX and immediately started adding these to dishes. Breakfast tacos is my fave to add it to so far but honestly I need to re-up so I can find more dishes to add it to. It adds crunch and a little spice which are both elements that, in my opinion, can make an average dish spectacular.
Love the crispness of the jalapeño with the olive oil.
Delicious! The chilis elevated every dish we added them to. My favorite was putting them on scrambled eggs with cotija cheese.
This is the BEST Chili Crisp ever! Amazing texture, crunch and flavor. It's just the right amount of heat for me (woosie on the heat scale!).
