I love all your chili crisps especially the Habanero. I can't get enough of them they are great on eggs and with cheese and just about everything else. I wish I had a case of each one.
I first bought one of these oils at the Cannon Beach farmer's mkt last month while traveling. Awesome! I now ordered two (shipping not as bad as I thought and better value to ship two). I don't know how they can keep the chilies crispy in this great oil. I'm NOT a fan of the vinegar based chili sauces, I much prefer in oil. These are the best I've had and I've tried a lot.
They were purchased after trying them at a farmers market and provided at a joint dinner with 19 attendees on vacation together. They were very popular and I decided to purchase several to give as gifts.
